Are Mandy Moore and Matthew Perry an item?

Matthew Perry, 38, and Mandy Moore, 23, are reportedly dating as they were spotted last week at Amici Trattoria in Beverly Hills having a cozy lunch together. A source for the NY Post Page Six said:
“He was already seated and waited for her for 15 minutes until she arrived. He stood up to greet her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time.”
Well they could just be ‘friends’ or planning to work together, but who knows?
Matthew was most recently romantically linked to Meg Ryan.
Mandy pictured at the the 11th Annual ACE Awards a couple of days ago, has been single since splitting with ‘Scrubs’ star Zach Braff last year.
