I will refrain from being too cynical here because I think it is a shame that a little girl ends up losing her puppy over some kind misplaced beurocratic wrath
Here’s the poor little girl and the puppy in question
 The police and agency trying to get the dog back from Ellen’s hairstylist:  ”What we have here is a failure to communicate”Â

Ellen, Portia, Ruby (the little girl) and Cheryl (Ellen’s hairstylist) describe the blow-by-blow of how Mutts and Moms steamrolled through the home and took the pup here.
Personally I think every place like Mutts and Moms should be run out of town for their rediculous so called rules & regulations. Regardless how they try to make things appear to be all about the animals, the majority of these places have more requirements to adopt an animal than there is to adopt a child !. Also most of them get some sort of federal or state or local funding for each animal they have. I guess that its OK that all the other animals who don’t get placed for fear that someone might not have the perfect home, WILL more than likely be put to sleep !!! Buy the way I would like to know where these people get thier animals from, Who gets to play God & decides wich animals go to what shelters, because many of the shelters only try to place an animal for a few weeks, after that time the animals are put to sleep. !! I Guess to these shelters like Mutts and Moms, Keeping these animals Alive comes second or third on their list of prioritys.
Just a guy that thinks that they are one more group of idiots who at the sake of following the manual are willing to forego the animals best interest!!!!!!!!!
