Britney loses custody of her two sons!
Posted on October 1st, 2007 by Hot MommaBritney Spears must hand over her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to Kevin Federline on Wednesay, October 3rd at 12pm.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon made the ruling after Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, alerted the Judge this morning that Britney was spotted driving allegedly without a valid drivers license. According to the California DMV Britney does not have a valid California driver’s license and she has an application pending that she never completed.
However you might feel about Britney those poor kids are the ones who are going to need therapy some day. We can only hope that this might be a wake up call for Britney so that she can get her life turned around.

Honestly, I think it was way past time. When they put DRUG testing into a freaking custody battle….the said parent that requires the testing shouldn’t have the children in the first place!!! She’s done this to herself though, and I have absolutely no sympathy for her at all. I DO have sympathy for those boys though….they shouldn’t have to live like that. I know K-Fed isn’t perfect….far from it, but he may be a better influence at this time.

i totally agree with you!!!!! i feel so bad for those 2 lil boys, so innocent in all this!!!!hey, ya dont see kfed driving with them in his lap, and u also dont see him out with the kids for the paps! but hey the paps are everywhere….
first off, she didn’t lose the kids because of her parenting. She lost them temporarily because she didn’t apply for a California license yet and didn’t follow the judge’s orders. Trust me, they’re better off with a stranger than Kevin Federline.

shes been in california for years and didnt get the license, sure she didnt even sign the court order… so catie go eff yourself. u dont know jack about anything. your stuck so far up brit brit’s ass u dont kow n e thing!!! sure your probably doing coke in the bathroom with her, or takin asthma inhalers… your enabling her her and making excuses, u belong in the cell or padded room next to that washed up ho! sarah silverman was right when she said that brit accomplished everything shes gonna do by now…all thats left is for her to dry up and die
