Britney Spears: Back to Mommy School!

Our favorite trailer trash mom has been ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week. A judge reasoned that “Based on the Evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the Petitioner” (Petitioner=Brit Brit). She will also have to meet with a “parenting coach” at least eight hours a week, and “shall [not] consume alcohol, or other non-prescription controlled substances” while with the kids or within 12 hours immediately prior to having custody of the kids.

Just one question: Why has it taken so long???
