In a Vanity Fair interview, Nicole Kidman admits that she was engaged to a man after she and Tom Cruise were divorced, but she won’t say who it was. “I didn’t really want a relationship, yet shortly thereafter got engaged to somebody … but it just wasn’t right.” She also confirms long-swirling miscarriage rumors: “We lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when it came that we would adopt Bella.”
