a judge’s order is a judge’s order. she needs to serve her sentence and suck it up. no one told her to drive drunk…..or drive with a suspended license…so tough sh*t
You can bet she will be making a huge amount of money when she sues the State of Cali for the incompetence etc. Her lawyers are gonna have a field day.

She needs to pay her dues. No normal un famous person would get house arrest for the crime. I like her but she needs to grow up. I would be upset too if I had to go to jail, BUT she would have been even more upset and spending more time behind bars had she killed or injured someone while driving under the influence. She needs to realize that what she did was really really stupid and she needs to learn from this, which she wont.
I say let Dog the Bounty Hunter serve the time for her as he requested on TMZ! LOL This whole thing is a joke if you ask me, havent seen this much media attention since Anna Nicole killed herself. Buck up Paris, its going to be a LONG 40 days! Try reading the Bible instead of get photographed carrying it around!
No one got their panties in a bunch when Michelle Rodriguez did 1 day of her sentence and was released. I feel they are making an example of Paris solely because she’s famous. I have police officers in the family, and it is not uncommon for the lesser offenders to be released early due to overcrowding of facilities. I’m by no means a Paris fan, but I think being taken out of jail and forced to go back is way harsh.
