Lindsay Lohan Still Planning on 21st Birthday Blowout Drunken Orgy

Oh goodness. Everybody stay off the road on July 2nd. Lindsay Lohan is still planning to have her big 21st birthday blowout in Las Vegas. This, after checking into rehab on May 28 after being arrested on suspicion of DUI after she crashed her Mercedes convertible over a curb and into a tree. Svedka Vodka was slated to sponsor (read: make sure everybody at the party gets sloshed) the big bash, but it seems they have pulled out after her DUI incident. Why doesn’t she just get a permanent room at Promises?
