In this case being left out of that book is not really a snub. You listed Allegra Hicks and Casey Johnson as two of the ladies being featured. Well, I have never seen a picture of Allegra Hicks were she did not look like a Holocust victim. Casey Johnson has had so much plastic surgery and botox her face no longer looks real, think Fergie for those of you not familar with Casey. If I were Paris I would have asked not to be in the book.
