You knew this was coming! Britney Spears thanked the fans yesterday on her website for helping restore her to “this brighter state.”

In an interesting reversion of everything I was taught in Sunday school, Spears wrote, “We are all the lights of the world and we all need to continually inspire others and look to the higher power.”

You’re welcome, Britney. Keep donnin’ those crazy hats.
