Izzy and Callie will still not be getting along. That actually isn’t a spoiler, because it’s been pretty obvious.
And at some point, Izzy will get self-centered and sad. (Sorry, Katherine! I love you! It’s just your character I don’t like!)
Karev will realize Addison is leaving for her spinoff, and try to put the moves on her in church. Naughty, naughty!
