Love can make people do crazy things, like go on cross-country road trips or have our ditzy blonde friends pretend to be us. Raffaelo Follieri did something slighly different: He allegedly dipped into the office coffers to give girlfriend Anne Hathaway a good time. How much did he take? $55 million, according to his former employer who has brought suit, saying that Follieri got his lady a chef, took her on a private jet meant for company use and took her shopping.
If you’re about to steal from your office to charm YOUR lady love, please don’t. Real love doesn’t cost a thing, right?
