In Italy, It’s “McDreamy Who?”

Americans love McDreamy, but in Italy it’s all about McRusski — or as you better know him, Justin “Dr. Alex Karev” Chambers. Fans of “Grey’s Anatomy” mobbed Chambers almost exclusively when the cast did media appearances in Italia. Is it because the former model appeals to the high-fashion Italian woman? Or can they not resist that bad-boy veneer? Either way, he and Patrick Dempsey both make appearances in TV Guide’s Sexy Issue, on newsstands now.
