One Of These Things Is Not Like The Other…

What are Kevin Costner and Demi Moore doing hanging out with Dane Cook in Vegas? Turns out they’re all going to be in a movie together (out June 1) called “Mr. Brooks.” Kevin’s character, Mr. Brooks, is a Jekyll and Hyde; his alter ego Marshall (played by William Hurt, who is too awesome to go to Vegas to promote this movie) likes to kill people a lot. Demi Moore is the detective who’s trying to find Mr. Brooks.

And Dane Cook plays… the reason teenagers will hopefully go to this movie. Nah, he’s the crazy neighbor who sees Mr. Brooks commit another murder and tries to blackmail him. (I don’t know anything about his comedy; I had never heard of him until I went home one weekend and my siblings were quoting him constantly. Is he funny? Anyone?)

“Mr. Brooks” also costars Marg Helgenberger as Mrs. Brooks and Jason Lewis (better known as smokin’ hot Smith Jerrod from “Sex in the City”) as the Brookses’ daughter’s boyfriend.
