Did Cameron And Drew Commit A Federal Offense?

Everyone’s buzzing (pun intended!) about these pictures of Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore passing what looks like either a hand-rolled cigarette or a joint. I’m going to assume it’s something legal… because who over the age of 16 would be stupid enough to get high in public? If they really had that much of a lapse in judgment, perhaps they are on something and deserve to get caught.
