Dannielynn’s Guardian Will Decide Where Anna Nicole Rests

Maybe Anna Nicole will finally rest in peace now.
While a federal judge expressed his wish that Anna Nicole Smith be buried in the Bahamas alongside son Daniel, who passed away last year, he left the ultimate decision to lawyer Richard Milstein, Smith’s daughter’s guardian.
Milstein, a Miami lawyer and award-winning volunteer, was appointed by the court earlier to represent Dannielynn’s legal interests, since Anna Nicole’s will did not mention the 5-month-old. Meanwhile in California, the Dannielynn paternity case continues.
This undated photo was taken during one of Smith’s court appearances related to the estate of her late second husband, J. Howard Marshall.
