RehabWatch Day 28: Credit Where Credit Is Due

Maybe it’s just the make-up and costume team, but I think La Lohan looks well rested and normal in these picks from the set of “I Know Who Killed Me.” Maybe it is working after all? I guess if leaving rehab every other day is helping her kick whatever she was addicted to, then I shouldn’t pick on her… as much.

That bottle better have water in it, though.
