Did Jennifer Get A Nose Job?
US Weekly is reporting that Jennifer Aniston spent last Saturday getting her nose redone by the same doctor who did Ashlee Simpson last year. Allegedly, she had a nose job right before “Friends” but hated it so much she waited 12 years to fix it again. (Maybe they couldn’t write that into the sitcom?)
I’m of two minds about this one. Sure, if you’re an actor and you basically get jobs based on your appearance, the temptation of plastic surgery must be enormous. And if it truly has been bothering her for 12 years, well, better late than never. My to-do list’s pretty long, too.
On the other hand, I don’t think it’s Jen’s nose that’s been holding her back… more like her acting limitations. And if it bothered her all that time, she might have gotten it fixed, you know, before everyone learned to know and love her original nose. Also, if she’s doing it to get Brad Pitt back she’s even dumber than I thought. Jen, if you’re out there, this will not work. He will not leave Angelina, no matter how Barbie you make yourself!
Obvs there are no pictures yet of the Brave New Schnoz, but these two near-profile pictures should give you an idea of Jen’s Nose 1.5. It may be useful to know that Jen is half-Greek (her dad’s original last name was the marquee-unfriendly Anastassakis) and that, apparently is the heritage of said nose. Or so I’m told.
okay, i’ve held my tongue long enough. Ellen, your posts come across a little bitter and jaded. Maybe lighten up on the negativity? seriously. This site used to be entertaining while poking fun but not out and out being super catty, but the last few times i’ve visited i’m totally turned off by the tone of your bulletins. i know i’m leaving myself wide open here, and i don’t expect the site be all positive and happy but how about every single bulletin not be about bashing celebs to shreds or backhanded compliments? some of them deserve it, yes, but every single person discussed? jeezus.
I don’t agree with Dana.Don’t listen to her I like your site. As for Aniston that’s her second nose job let’s not forget that she plumps her lips with collagen and that she has implants.Se dyes her hair blonde and straightens it and she has fake tan.She always whines about her divorce with Brad. She’s pathetic IMO.

I agree Dana…when you read other gossip pages they aren’t so harsh and bitter about everything. It gets old fast and maybe a bit more wittiness instead of cattiness is what this page needs. I keep coming back because I loved how it used to be but I won’t be coming back much longer. Sorry I tried to stick in there but can’t.

whew! okay, glad it’s not just me. thankfully i think Ellen may have listened to what I and you all had to say. The bulletins I’ve seen today have been complimentary (avril’s pants, jessica alba’s dog deeds) and witty (jamie fox’s hypercolor shirt!). If it was intentional, awesome! Keep it up!
pulleeaasse….you people take this shit far too seriously..other sites dont bash celebs?! are you kidding me? ever heard of perez hilton (www.perezhilton.com) or dana at danasdirt.com. get a freakin life people…she can run this site however she wants and i think its hysterical the way people always “threaten” to not come back to a site….take a look at all of the ads on this site- someone is obviously enjoying the content and if you dont like it- just dont come back, it truly is that simple..
maggz – in my initial comment i was specifically talking about this site and its tone, past and present. presently it was getting a little catty, and when i want catty…well, guess what? i go to perezhilton.com hotmommadrama ,before being acquired by new writers/owners, wasn’t as nasty, and i miss those days. you’re right, presently ellen can run the site however she chooses, but when you’re the new kid on the block it’s wise to be ready for criticism if you change the tone of a site from witty and observant to nasty and catty. that kind of thing is already out there, as you pointed out.
I agree with Dana. I loved this site before when it was merely pictures and some funny comments. I don’t want commentary, I just liked the pictures. And it’s not taking it too seriously, it’s a matter of enjoying something one way and when it changes, politely informing the owner that you liked it better before. You are not forcing them to change, merely stating your opinion. And yes, it is truly that simple to just not come back, but if you really liked it before why wouldn’t you at least try to see if the current management isn’t open to suggestion.
Anyways, good for you Dana, there are a lot of us who agree with you and miss the wittier and more observant, Hot Mamma Drama.
i liked the site b4…but now it’s moew modern… not sure…. anyway i think angelina jolie SHOULD BETTER WATCH out. jen will come back to haunt you biatch!!
