Beyonce Top Chartin’ But Inside, Hurtin’
In terms of her singing career, Beyonce Knowles is a steamroller. Not only is the “Dreamgirls” soundtrack (for which she sang lead for many songs) at #1 again this week, but that can’t-get-it-out-of-your-head revenge ballad “Irreplaceable” just topped Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for the seventh consecutive week. Sure, Akon has two songs in the top 10, but neither of them can match the hypnotic powers of “To the left, to the left.”
Of course, we know Beyonce went home empty-handed Monday night after losing the Golden Globe for best actress in a musical or comedy to the great Meryl Streep. (Could’ve been worse, B!) We didn’t see any Faith Hill-style freakouts from Ms. Knowles, but apparently her dad told reporters B was shut out because she is black, according to I Don’t Like You In That Way. Kind of a weird claim to make when Jennifer Hudson, Eddie Murphy and Forest Whitaker all just bagged awards. I guess anything is better than believing your daughter just wasn’t that captivating onscreen!

This dress was an embarassment. Beyonce, that crap is not even in STYLE right now! It seems like the director did not yell “Cut” at the end of dreamgirls and she walked right out of the movie! She looked like a fool next to everyone else at the event. I KNOW that she chose this dress because she wanted it to match with her golden globe when she won!
Mr. Knowles is an idiot for using the race card because his girl didn’t win at the golden globes. I think every other black person nominated got an award that night so the racism charge does not stick. Also since Beyonce was dressed like a Golden Globe award at the show, she does not need one anyway.

I agree with this reply here. Beyonce pretended with all the TEARS that she did not receive an award. I could tell that her tears were tears of HER NOT GETTING AN AWARD. I think that B is a very talent person. She is not the only person who needs a reality check. All humans do from time to time it what makes us who we are. Everybody has to grow.
