Britney and Paris tie for Worst Dressed; Angelina one of the best

They used to be friends, and they had at least one thing in common: Their terrible taste in clothing. Britney Spears and Paris Hilton share the top slot in pop commentator Mr. Blackwell’s Worst Dressed list, beating out fellow dressers in the dark like Lindsay Lohan and Mariah Carey.
