TMZ obtained a Christmas gift certificate that was sent to Britney Spears by a New York cosmetic surgeon, offering her a free tummy tuck and cosmetic surgery. Here’s the letter compliments of TMZ. After all that we’ve seen in the past weeks, should she do it??
