She still looks like the poster-girl for anorexia and every other eating disorder out there. A few pounds on a normal body will amount to something. When you're 80 some odd pounds it will take a few more than "a few" to counteract years of bodily harm. I agree that the horizontal stripes are a nice optical illusion, but don't be fooled.
