Pam and Kid file for divorce
TMZ has reported that Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock were in a race to get their divorce papers filed first today. Kid Rock filed his divorce papers 53 minutes before Pam’s docs were stamped by the clerk. Talk about a short-lived marriage.
Gee that didn’t last long but really it wasn’t unexpected….I really cant believe how celebs can get married one day and get a divorce the next, must be one of their brainstorms saying “hmmm lets get married today”…Stupid!
Whatever happend about taking marriage as a sacred thing…these celebes just seem to fly by the seat of their pants….shes married to him, shes not, shes married to him, and now shes not. does she not think about how this is effecting her children…

It doesn’t matter who files first (most of the time), because filing first will not change the facts. If the other spouse has allegationos agaisnt you, the court will hear them anyway, it doesn’t matter that they’re in the answer and not in the complaint.
