K-Fed wants to fight,

fight for custody that is. According to TMZ,
Spears has asked for sole custody of the couple’s two small children. TMZ is told Federline is thinking of challenging that, even though Spears has functioned as the primary, if not sole parent, as Federline tours the country hawking his CD.
Since there’s no way K-Fed can challenge the prenup, his only chances of cashing in is to make things ugly for Britney by going after the kids. Sigh, it’s a battle that he’ll only lose. But I guess after seeing him enter the wrestling ring as often as he did only to get a beat down every time, I think losing is something he’s pretty proud of.
