Cheaters never win… or do they?

Rumors have been circulating that Reese found incriminating emails on Ryan’s blackberry and ended the marriage because of his infidelity. Speculation is that he cheated with his costar Abbie Cornish and the latest cover of US Weekly Life and Style seems to support these rumors (first reported by National Enquirer I think but who believes them?).
Also, TMZ.com today reported that it doesn’t appear as though Reese and Ryan had a pre-nup before getting married. According to CA law, this would possibly entitle Ryan to 50% of Reese’s earnings (she makes about 10 times what he does $20mill per movie compared to his $2.5mill). Doesn’t seem fair that he’s the cheater and that he’ll get the better end of the deal does it? I guess in CA cheaters CAN win when it comes to getting divorced.

I thought that if someone in the marriage was a cheater then the prenup goes right out the window? thats just what i thought, could be wrong.
