Mischa Barton can go from looking glam & classic to mis-matched and hobo-ish. What’s with the split personality? And then it dawned on me..she dresses like crap because that kind of look gives off the “I know I look like ish…but I have enough inner confidence to wear it.”
It’s perfectly brilliant.
