Paris Hilton’s court date: Postponed

Paris Hilton’s arraignment on drunken-driving charges has been postponed until she has a new project to promote to December at the request of her attorney.
Paris originally scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on charges that she was driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent, although she claims to have had only one margarita.
The arraignment is now scheduled for Dec. 5 in Superior Court. Hilton is not required to appear.

it is actually quite common to get a court date postponed, especially if you have a lawyer. and no, I am NOT a Paris fan, I hope she gets the worst possible sentance!!
