Everybody has been doing bootcut for the last 10 years, and I think a change was needed. Skinny jeans allow you to show of cool boots, and flats, and tunic tops. True, you do have to be thin and hipless to wear them, but they give off a retro rocker vibe that fits with the current trends. People who don't like them are usually people who like to play it "safe" and are somewhat old-fashioned. Get with the times skinny jeans are in. p.s. I have to agree, they look really bad and thats coming from a dude. I think bootcut/flare jeans look alot better, and thats with any shoe, sneakers or high heels!
