Paris Hilton: BUSTED FOR DUI!

Paris Hilton was arrested in Hollywood early Thursday and charged with driving under the influence.
TMZ has learned LAPD officers noticed Paris driving erratically at 12:31 AM and stopped her. They believed she exhibited signs of intoxication. We’re told they administered a field sobriety test, and Paris blew a .08. In California, driving with a .08 blood alcohol level is considered DUI.
Paris was arrested and was taken to the LAPD Hollywood division, where she is currently being booked. The officers who stopped the car did not know it was Paris Hilton until they approached the vehicle on foot. Police sources say she was cooperative.
A short time ago, Nicky Hilton, her boyfriend, “Entourage” star Kevin Connolly and her publicist Elliot Mintz arrived at the Hollywood police station. Driving under the influence is a misdemeanor. If convicted, the defendant will not be jailed and will be placed on 3 years’ probation and ordered to be on an alcohol program and will have his or her license restricted for 90 days.

Anyone else would of been thrown in jail… she get “escorted”.. sigh
she needs time in the cell as regular people would be charged of, and to do community service cleaning the sewers and dumpster (which we all know that she can relate to, as being a trash queen, herself!).

What’s sad in this, is that she wasn’t put into the “drunk tank”, until she sobered up.
She blew the legal limit, which I thought was a DUI, not “suspecion of DUI”.
She more then likely will get a slap on the wrist, seeing as she’s got a “clean” record.
seriously, the sad truth is that there are a lot of young girls that do look up to her and she will completely get away with this….again. how can you have any faith in the legal system with certain (worthless) people being “above the law”? it sets such an extremely bad example- look young girls “drunk driving is totally cool and easy to get away with, just ask Paris…”
