Nicole Richie Snaps at Photog…

Nicole Richie’s boiling point finally came to full steam after a photog yelled, ““Nicole, you look disgusting. Gain some f—king weight!”. (Not exactly the best way to get a photo of someone….right?”) Anyway, Nicole talked to Ken Baker of UsWeekly about the incident and had this to say,
“You don’t scream at people that they are overweight, so what makes people think that they have the right to scream at me that I am underweight? It’s upsetting and mean,” Nicole tells Us. “I am not anorexic. At the moment, I was just sick of everyone constantly bothering me about how I look. I walked up to the photographer and told him, ‘What if I really had anorexia? What if I had a disease? How would you feel about saying such horrible things?’ He probably just wanted to get a rise out of me, but I’m a human being and he hurt my feelings.”
Yeah…stupid photog..she’s NOT anorexic…just completely DELUSIONAL!

ya know, I’m underweight too, I’ve tried all I can to gain weight and I can’t. I hate it when people say god you’re so skinny! I know how she feels, how would overweight people like it if we screamed at them to lose weight, hmm?? It isn’t easy!!
ya ok,people can be underweight - but that usually means you are like that your whole life - she is totally capable of being a normal weight.
She looks like an ad asking you to send money so she can buy food.
I know what you mean, 10:24, and I agree with you that there should not be a double standard. Don’t call me skinny and I won’t call you fat. But there is a huge difference in my 95-pound frame that is just naturally built really small, and her bones protruding out of her body. She really does look horrible.
When she was on Simple Life she did NOT look like that, it wasn’t until after the first couple of seasons that she started to really lose weight. So yes, some people have a small frame and can’t gain weight, but based on the older Simple Life shows, she is not one of those people. She looks disgusting, and in a recent picture I’ve seen of her on the beach, she looks like she has the body of a 70 year old lady….all skin and bones.
so what if shes skinny? I feel so bad for Nicole. All my life people have made fun of my weight and said I was anorexic.Yes, she is very small but keep in mind that the girl is only 5′1. Plus she may be under alot of stress. Everyone calling you anorexic everytime you step out your front door doesn’t help. And shame on the photographer who told her she ” looked sick” . What if she does have anorexia? Yelling at her and saying those rude things is just going to make it worse. how ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE it is to ever blurt out such epithets at someone who may actually BE anorexic/bullemic. Think about it. Is it ok to walk by a hospital and start hurling out insults at someone dying of cancer? Or how about bipolars and schizophrenics?
