Dear HotMomma: I know you have a lot of tattoos…so I’d really like to know what your opinion is on this idea. I am a cool, hip, down to earth, 40 something, mom and grandmother and was thinking about getting a butterfly tattoo on my right breast. What do you think? A: I’m leaving this one up to the readers! I wanted to have a rose tattoo on my boob. I was talking with my grandmother about this and she really set me straight, she whipped out her boob and said that when you are sixty you will have the longest rose ever. I got it on my shoulder blade.
I think some where else would look better. Maybe on the foot, hip (Just remember they DO get bigger when PG or gaining weight), above the butt, Shoulder blade…anywhere but the boob.

I say trashy… you know, I heard you can get a semi-perm one that lasts for about a month. She should wear one like that and see how she feels about it after a month. If she still really wants it, go for it. But if i were on the beach and saw just a tatoo on a boob, well I wouldn’t be thinking wow, that makes her look beautiful, you know?
Sorry, as one with plenty tattoos and a woman, I really do not like the idea of a tattoo on the breasts. Its very vulgar and not classy at all. I think she should look for another spot. JMO.
yeah and after the boob tatoo date one of your kids’ friends, go on welfare, vote for kerry, get your picture airbrushed onto your carhood and stop drinking flouridated water.

Wow, I work at a Tattoo Shop…and we tell people to get tattooed where you are going to want to show people you got tattooed. If ya wanna show your boob…get it on your boob. It is something for you and expresses you…not everyone else’s opinion. There are lots of places considered trashy on a woman…so the hell with people and get it where you want!

If this person wants a tattoo, I think right below the collar bone would be fine.
Get the tattoo but get it on your back… shoulder, upper or lower.
Tattoos on the boobs are out and look trashy too.
Boobs are made of really thin skin - which sags after having children and especially after the age of 40. Unless you have some fabulously silicone injected puppies, I wouldn’t recommend. Looking at a woman in her 40’s with a tattoo on her breast is a bad look pretty much no matter how you slice it.

Don’t do it…at a later age…it won’t look good at all…i’ve seen how tattoos end up (i’m a nurse)and you don’t want that…
I think it could be okay if it was on the top center quadrant of the breast, like the part that would peek out with a low-cut shirt. When your breasts are supported by a good bra that area can remain fairly taut. I know a 50-something woman with a nealy 30-year old tattoo there, and it looks okay. She recently had it touched up because the color had faded.
i happen to have a butterfly tat on my right boob. i do regret it somedays because it cuts down on alot of v neck or low scooped shirts when i work. but at the same time i like it when i have on my bathing suit. all tattoos can be trashy no matter what the location of it. mine has a special meaning behind it so, no i don’t think it’s trashy. anyone that wants to judge you for your expressing yourself can go right ahead…i’m sure they are not perfect either. do what makes you happy.

My wife just came home with a tattoo on her boob… A tat of a rose…. I can’t do anything about it now, but I think it is the trashiest thing I’ve ever seen… She did it as a suprise for me…. Suprise!! IT’S TRASHY, DON’T DO IT!!! All your going to do (if your single) is draw attention to your boobs instead of you…
the only good boob tattoos are the ones which are script flowing along the curve of you breast
