Nick Lachey dropped by MTV’s Total Request Live Wednesday afternoon and got close with cohost and current flame Vanessa Minnillo. When Jessica Simpson visited the show on July 19 to plug her “A Public Affair” video, Minnillo conveniently had the day off.

I see absolutely nothing appealing about this Vanessa chick. She’s not that pretty, and would not be getting any press if she wasn’t dating Nick.

I have to disagree with those who find Vanessa unattractive.
For her history, she deserves a good man who will treat her right, and it would appear that Nick does. She dated Derek Jeter, who cheated on her.
I think she’s prettier then Jessica. IMO.
I hope that things work out to the best of what they would like.
If that means amrriage and kids, then good luck to them.
i think it’s a publicity stunt. they had zero chemistry on the set of the making the video. he needs to just date a non famous girl. he’s always talking about it. yeah right!
