Vanessa gets DENIED kisses by Nick…

Despite the puppy dog eyes and loving strokes, Nick Lachey would not give into Vanessa girly wiles and kiss her in public. The two were spotted having lunch at Manhattan’s Atlantic Grill yesterday. TMZ.com reports,
Vanessa couldn’t stop pawing, petting, and caressing her new man and she even strokes him under the chin for longer than forever. But despite Vanessa’s considerable manipulation, she simply cannot get him to kiss her in public. After several attempts, Vanessa goes in for the big one, but – much to the vocal dismay of the paparazzi – she just can’t get any satisfaction.

i agree jess is the one who filed for divorce so it isnt him thats to blame for their demise. however, i also agree that he wont look right with any other woman in pictures again. the two of them are like ingrained (sp) together in american pop history.
i think he wont kiss vanessa in public b/c he doesnt want jess to see the pictures. thats just my opinion. it also seems like she is trying waay to hard, he hardly looks interested in these pics. shes a total rebound.

No self respecting women should be in a relationship with a man who will not show her affection in public. The fact that she is trying to touch him and he is checking out his phone should be a wake up call to her. This man is not over his wife.
They look cute together though but i’m never going to get over Nick & Jess =(
i hate to say it but she is no way better than Jessica, he took a huge lose on this relationship!
I’m not seeing it. Is she pretty? Next to Jessica she’s not all that, but Jessica played herself. I bet you if someone Jessica again why did she filed for divorce, she couldn’t come up with a good answer. So dumb, to divorce a man like that who is madly in love with you over some dumb stuff.
Jessica seems much more confident and happy since she left him. Sometimes some guys drain the best out of a girl. From their show he seemed to treat her like a child, like she was stupid…she may play the part, but she isn’t dumb…that’s for sure.
I think he loves Jessica still and is only with Vanessa because he is in a rebound relationship, if Jess wanted to try again, he would be there in a heart beat, c’mon Jess, you two were meant to be together, quit letting daddy run your life.
I think Vanessa should break up with Nick. Honestly, he’s not cute! Plus a pretty girl like her shouldn’t have to try so hard, it makes her seem desperate.

besides what kind of role model is she? reese witherspoon said it best when she said something to the effect of “stupid being cute and hot these days is not what little girls need to see. its shameful.”
5:03 - I agree with you, it’s not okay for my daughter to see the crap that’s on the media today - I certainly don’t want my daughter to idolize any of these girls (Jess, Nicole - DEFINITELY NOT Paris, Beyonce, JLo, ANY of them) - I want her to idolize someone with character & brains, not just a good body & some bleach.

comparing jessica simpson and georget bush? wow. i dont even know where to begin. jess successfully did a reality show, the man successfully ran for president of the free world. saying that the president is a dumb ass is your own opinion. he never asked if chicken wings were made out of buffalo, or pondered the name brand of a can of tuna fish. she has admitted to promoting herself as a nim-whit and thats shameful. he certainly has not compromised his dignity for the sake of money. there really is no comparison. not to mention he is not profitting off of the love and adoration of young and impressionable girls. i also dont see how discussing the girl is buying into anything. i refuse to support anything she does.

I didn’t compare Jess to President Bush - I am just pointing out that people are able to get money out of others even if they aren’t smart or the intentions of their statements are clandestine.
To even say “he certainly has not compromised his dignity for the sake of money” lends some bearing on the fact that you don’t know all there is to know about the man. He has compromised his dignity plenty of times (IMO) - check out his record before becoming MR. Prez.
