Jessica Simpson talks about Dane Cook & dreams about Brad Pitt..

Her new album arrives Aug. 29. And as part of her publicity push, newly divorced Jessica Simpson set the record (partially) straight with OK! magazine — but questions about her ex-husband, Nick Lachey, were off-limits. Simpson, who turned 26 on Monday, says she and her Employee of the Month co-star Dane Cook are just friends and nothing more.
“Every time I’m frustrated, I’ll e-mail him, and he’ll e-mail back with a suggestion or an idea. He’s a great support, a solid friend and a really good guy,” says Simpson, who has been named co-host of Teen Choice 2006, airing 8 p.m. ET/PT Aug. 20 on Fox. And despite tabloid reports about her personal life, she has had “no dates,” she says. As for her ideal eye candy? “Brad Pitt in Fight Club; you can’t get much better than that. I still dream about his body!”

there was a time when i had mean things to say about jess (skanky, selfish, fake, creepy etc). but i heard an interview with her on the radio and she was just such a down to earth sweetheart. ive never been into the whole pop princess thing but she definitely turned me on to her. truly none of us have any kind of idea of what went on or happened in her marriage. she even said she still talks to nick every day and even she doesnt think that hes been dating around a lot. she seemed to be a genuine, sweet girl.

her “dumb blonde” routine is known to be an act huh 1:56? if so give that girl an oscar! she made practically the whole world fall in love with her with this “act”. no one here knows her, period. im curious to know exactly what you meant by “shes changed for the worse”? everyone knows in hollywood that if your seen with a member of the opposite sex your going to be labeled as dating immediately. its naive to think she has slept with every man the media as put her with.
