Mementos from Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s wedding were recently auctioned off on eBay. One sneaky guest decided to sell a menu from the reception, a Tiffany desk clock with the inscription “A Moment In Time, June 25 2006, Nicole and Keith,” and a piece of the wedding cake on Ebay. The opening bid was: AU $5,000.00. Unfortunately for the guest…no one bid on it!

I have a suggestion for all celebrity brides and grooms..now bear with me..because I’m just a blogger..never been a celebrity and never attended a celebrity wedding….but I have made this observation: There will always be one guest who will sell the wedding mementos on Ebay!

So celebrity brides and grooms this is for you: When planning your wedding, please make a list of all the friends, relatives and acquaintances who are ‘most likely to sell your mementos on Ebay’ and un-invite them immediately. If not you must live with the fact that Josie WhoKnows from Walla Walla, Washington paid $4,500 to have a slice of your wedding cake and a plastic swan filled with jordan almonds.
