Guess who’s going back to jail?

Michelle Rodriguez will serve a second stint in jail according to TMZ.com. The former Lost star was setenced to a 60 day stay in jail for violating her probation in California. Rodriguez was on probation when she was arrested in Hawaii in December for drinking and driving. The arrest violated her probation and although she’s served time for the drinking and driving offense, she must now serve time for violating her original probation. Along with the 60 days jail time, Rodriguez will also have to check herself into a 30 day Alcohol rehab and perform 30 hours of community service.
