he is such a lunatic- i hope she keeps him away from his children forever. im not sure that shes any kind of saint- i mean hooking up with one of your best friends not even ex- husband already is breaking a serious friendship code. however the way he speaks to her and the language he uses is comepletely unnecessary, vulgar and should be kept far away from children.

Have any of you ever been through a divorce???? Nowhere does he threaten her bodily or the kids, it is obvious she was emailing him and using her lawyer and he was pissed off, geez like that doesn’t happen when your going through a divorce and she is keeping him from seeing his kids?? Guess what? I would rant and rave too, divorce is rarely nice and she is on purposely provoking him to get a reaction and then recording it and he needs to learn to take the high ground, no he’s not a saint but c’mon she isn’t much better, jumpin into bed with your friends barely Ex hubby??? actually if you had your facts straight anon 9am you would know that he has threatened her bodily and he has pushed her when she had her child in her arms. not to mention the fact that he tried to convince her to have an abortion when she was pregnant with their first child and ignored her pleas for help when she was experiencing irregular bleeding during her second pregnancy because of a basketball game he had bet on. if these arent enough reasons to keep him from his children i dont know what is.

She is alleging these things in her divorce papers. Let’s hold off on the crucifixion shall we? Has Charlie Sheen given his side of the story yet? Why doesn’t US also print copies of the emails she sent him? If he was so horrible and abusive, why did she gush about him in the press when they were married? Why did she reconcile with him? Considering this woman is currently shacked up with her “best friends” husband, I am going to take what she says with a grain of salt. I imagine she is embellishing things in her divorce complaint in order to get full custody of the children..that means more money.

that would have to be a whole lot of embellishment…there are far too many claims for all of them to be false. i doubt she needs the money that much to risk the punishment that would go along with completely fabricating such serious accusations. its not exactly like any of these claims of charlie would come as a shock. while her “shacking up” with her friends ex husband may be wrong heather may very well have no problem with it as she is the one who filed for divorce and is also the one currently dating david spade.

These messages are from 2005..a year ago….she got back together with him after these messages were left. If she was so terrified of him, why did she do that? These messages have NOTHING to do with the current divorce proceedings. It’s intersting how they were just leaked isn’t it!!!

where does everyone get the idea that she is “shacking up” with anyone. there are about a grand total of 2 pictures (2 different scenes at least) of Denise with Richie theres a lot of nerve in saying that she is not spending any time with her children. basically what you all are saying is that any woman who filed for divorce from an abusive and volitile husband and then starts seeing another man is a tramp. who would want their children to be around a man who has this kind of past (that unless youve been living under a rock youve heard of for years) and by the way its not that she is not allowing him around his children she has actually very kindly allowed him visitation that is monitored. all of these people looking for proof- its out there (as people have mentioned on the smoking gun website). and to say she should have gotten a restraining order form the beginning, perhaps, but any woman who says they havent stayed with a man who was wrong for them for any number of reasons is kidding themselves. every now and then something happens that awakens your senses and makes you take action.

He’s no angel..but he was no angel when she married him and she knew all about his past. She went back to him after these tapes were recorded. She’s currently dating Ritchie Sambora..and to the person that said the pics look innocent..I don’t often straddle my male friends while I am kissing them.
