MSNBC reports:
Shortly after Lachey admitted in an interview that he still loves his reality-costar wife and hinted at putting the blame for some of their problems on her father, Simpson was spotted wearing her wedding ring on a necklace.Simpson wore her wedding ring on a gold chain around her neck, according to the new issue of In Touch Weekly, which also reports that Lachey has broken off his recent romance with MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo.
Lachey, for his part, seems to still carry a torch for his estranged wife.
“The Simpson family are a tight-knit group,” Lachey told Rolling Stone magazine in an issue that hits stands later this week. “I knew going in they would be there. I’m not sure I knew how extensive it was going to be. I don’t pretend to understand Joe [Simpson, Jessica’s father]. And I can’t speculate about what he did or why he did it or for what purpose. It would be easy for me to blame my divorce on him. That would be convenient. But at the end of the day, Jessica is a grown woman, and she made her own decision.”

I think that Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson are the next Britney and Justin. I mean look at how Justin has turned out after the break-up, whereas for Britney…well enough said!!
Jess has gotten alot of negative press lately and I guess everybody is seeing her for the ho that she is.
Nick is totaly hot! He will find love…he seems to be a hopeless romantic.

After reading his story I feel more for him in hte marraige then her.
I mean he wanted to go to couseling, and she blantantly refused.
But part of me thinking warped daddy Joe had a lot to do with this. Even if Jess is a grown woman, her daddy controls A LOT of both those girls.
One day Nick will find a better girl.

I watched his show the other day on MTV “Whats left of me” and I actually started to cry for him. he kept getting tears in his eyes. He loved her soooo much and she just shit on him. I hope that he finds a woman who will give him the respect and love he deserves. He truely is a gem!
Maybe Jessie-Poo will end up with a shitbag like K-Fed since she doesn’t appreciate a REAL MAN

I shed some tears too….I can’t wait for his new album. I am totally going to buy it. He seems so genuine and just level headed.
As much as I don’t want it to happen my instinct is telling me that they may reconcile though. I think now that she has thought things through that she may have realized that Papa Joe made the wrong call for her.
Aww I cried when I saw his special too.. and the song? Soo good! He’s got such talent and he’s so genuinly in love. Poor guy. Part of my wants them to get back together because that’s what he wants, but the other part wants for him to find an even better girl and rub it in her face!

however it is a little lame the way he has aired ALL of his dirty laundry in the media. he cant feel that confident that his talent is going to sell this album. somethings are just not meant to be made public- i.e. intimate divorce/relationship details.
