I’ve been trying to avoid all of the Jessica Simpson adoption rumors..because..well..honestly..I’m more interested in her ‘interest’ in Dane Cook than her self-indulgent desire to adopt a child. But…now I’m hearing that J Simps is getting ready to BUY an orphanage in Mexico. |

The pop star has been talking about her adoption hopes for months, revealing she almost took home a little boy when she visited the Casa Hogar Elim orphanage in Mexico City when she was a teenager in 1999.And now her dreams are taking shape - her publicist ROB SHUTER confirms the singer and her family are looking to take over an orphanage.
He says, “Jessica and her family have anonymously contributed money to orphanages for several years. It is true that Jessica is exploring options to further help these children in need.”

SO true theaklyttgard..So true How is it anonymous if you tell everyone? I mean hey I am all for helping those that have less than you do, but why pull a publicity stunt by telling everyone what you have done?
She says that she wants to “follow in the footsteps of Angelina Jolie. What Angelina does is wonderful because she does it for those who are less fortunate and not to further her career. But Jessica Simpson is totally doing it for publicity.
Not only did she think buffalo had wings, she didn’t know if she was eating tuna or chicken because tuna is called “Chicken of the Sea”.
And she also thought it was pronounced “Plat-a-ma-pus”. It is PLATYPUS you twit.
