I hardly doubt that his claim will follow through in court. I can understand wanting to get some alimony, which I feel is just a damn cop-out of out of work losers, but not for money she earned before they were married. He should seriously be kissing the ground she walks on to having been married to him for as long as she could stomache him. LOL
