Page Six is reporting that Nino’s Positano owner Nino Selimaj sent Nicole Richie a lifetime supply of pasta after seeing her scary weight loss on the cover of Star magazine.

I bet she’s up to her ‘elbows’ in ‘macaroni’..haha! Dorky joke..I know!
