Jessica Simpson goes to Washington…

Jessica Simpson hit the nation’s capital this week to speak on a subject near and dear to her heart….shoes..hair..and makeup. Kidding. Jessica appeared before Congress to lobby on the behalf of Operation Smile - a non-profit venture that offers free plastic surgery for disadvantaged children overseas with facial deformities. Jessica spent time in Nairobi late last year on an Operation Smile mission.
You know who I think would make a great ambassador for Operation Smile? Haha..you probably guessed it..Hilary “Teeth” Duff.
