Nick Lachey buys a new home…

Contact Music is reporting that newly single, Nick Lachey, has bought a new bachelor pad in Bel-Air. (Maybe that’s the reason he now wants half of Jessica’s money!!) Lachey dished out $5.5 mil for Heidi Klum & Seal’s former cliffside home. His new digs have four bedrooms, a pool, recoring studio and is within walking distance to the Bel-Air Golf Course. |
