A source close to the couple tells People Magazine that a ‘provactive email’ sent to Sambora by a female acquaintance was the impetus for the divorce. The couple were apparently working on a ‘rough patch’ in their marriage when Heather discovered this email containing ‘provactive pictures’ of the woman. The woman had previously been a sore subject in the Locklear/ Sambora household. Heather was ‘devastated’ by the email and motioned for the couple to begin divorced proceedings. |
