Is Rachel Bilson about to get ‘frosted’? According to Teen People, Adam Brody was seen talking to celebrity jeweler, Sol Rafael. Witnesses overheard Brody whisper to Rafael that he would ‘be in touch’ and then winked. Ooooh! Does that mean our two little OC lovebirds are going to tie the knot soon? Hope so!
