Just weeks after purchasing a $5.5 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills, the newly single starlet was spotted by Page Six readers checking out a $5 million dollar duplex in Chelsea. A friend of Simpson says, “She wants to start fresh, and she loves New York - it’s always been good to her.” |
