Don’t talk trash or Britney will sue your a$$!

Britney Spears is suing Us Weekly for publishing a story about an ‘alleged’ sex tape made by Kevin and herself. The pop tart filed a $10 million dollar libel lawsuit on Monday against the supermarket tabloid.

The original story stated that a member of the Federline entourage got his grimey hands on a sex tape filmed by Britney and Kevin. He allegedly then threatened to release the raunchy video. The Spears camp claims this story is 100% false.
Here are my thoughts on Britney’s case:

  1. Kevin is hard up for cash and figures a lawsuit will score him some greenbacks
  2. She’s really suing US Weekly for her marriage to Kevin Federline, claiming it’s US Weekly’s fault she’s married to such a loser
  3. The only way she’s able to stay in the public eye is to sue people. (Remember this?)
