It’s about to get Nasty! It’s no secret that Jessica Simpson & Nick Lachey did NOT sign a pre-nup before getting married in 2002. Which means Nick is in for a payday..big time! |
| Back in the day (pre-marriage) Nick was the one making the big bucks with his boy band, 98 Degrees. Only after they married and the success of their television show, “Newlyweds” did the roles reverse and Jessica became the breadwinner. It is estimated that Jessica earned a whopping $30 million last year. Nick could be entitled to half of that. (A small salary compared to what he had to endure being married to her..but anyway) All Nick’s lawyers have to prove is that Jessica would not be the success she is today without Nick (which is completely true) and that he is entitled to a divorce settlement. Jessica must be shaking in her boots..because word on the street is that she hired the same divorce lawyer used by Jennifer Aniston. Oh it’s soooo ON!!! | |
