Did Kevin really get kicked out?

Every picture I come across has the caption, “Kevin get’s kicked out”, “Kevin’s car confiscated” etc etc. These pics were supposedly taken right after Britney gave him the boot! He leaves the house with the same thing he came in with…NOTHING..but a small sack!
