They know a photo-op when they see it! Here Mrs. Hilton hands a wheelchair bound homeless man a twenty dollar bill, while Paris pretends to be to busy on her celly… $20? Twenty Bucks? Even I can afford to give a random stranger $20…come on you’re a Hilton!
