Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton are officially Hollywood’s new BFFs (Best Friends Forever). This is the second time this week, they have been seen out together..and both times..they are holding hands…maybe they are more than friends??? I mean, Mischa/Marissa did have a lesbian relationship on the OC…mmm…interesting…
